		<description>Hmmm, that reminds me of a movie I watched once, where some servants checked the poo of their young prince every day. If it was too light, he would have to eat more food with iron in it.  

Regarding what we read - I must admit most of my reading lately is blogs and news on the internet, and of course the Abe Hicks quotes!  Much of the way we think is probably what we read and listen to.</description>
